I think the feature of the ChatBox is cool, it lets you chat without having a permanent open chat frame. But there's a problem: it doesn't work in Internet Explorer 8.0.xx. In fact, it blocks the whole forum, the template doesn't load completely. I will try in another computer and tell you if anything happens, but this code seems to affect the global forum. Only the left menu loads.

Hopefully you can solve this problem.

Hi, i check with IE 8 i have installed though i use mozilla. Its opens in a pop up window and minimise in right corner. The chat room above header.

The chat room below header works fine. I think pop up is blocked in your IE thats creating the problem .

@GrumpyElf, if pop-ups are blocked, then it won't translate the whole code of the emerging ChatBox windows. As a result, the code after it will basically disappear, that is, the forum body! Try changing the settings in the Tools menu of your explorer. Once you finish, try surfing the forum again and please let us know whether it works better now.
