What's the deal with nuclear?

Post by MusicElf on Tue Jan 10, 2012 10:34 am

Iran is playing with their nuclear toys again. But this year, they are more emphatic.

http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,2104106,00.html

Also, the death of the North Korean leader and the rise of his son as the new leader has caused questions about what is going to happen with their nuclear weapons. Will he demonstrate that he is as stubborn as his father and use nuclear threats again, or is he going to be milder and give up on nuclear weapons?

Also, in order to avoid any 'natural' or accidental nuclear threat like the one in Fukushima, Germany has (intelligently) decided to stop nuclear power sources little by little. Other countries criticize them because they say that was one way for Germany to become more powerful. Anyway...

What does nuclear power and weapons really represent? Do you think these countries just want to gain respect, or do they seek domination?
I hope they never use nuclear power, it would be too sad!

Even worse than having the toys, it's the visit of the Iranian leader Ahmadinejad to all these countries just to challenge the "Western world". That's provocation, and that leads to one answer: domination of power. Sad if they knew things are so different now... It's not how much money you've got, or how scary your weapons are. They're just feeding the elite's ego and fulfilling their plan somehow. No Too bad!

I have been following the news this week and last week, when Ahmadinejad nwas in tour around America (or Latin America). He just wants to generate polemic. He did not do anything significant but economy deals and catching the media attention. Nothing else - as far as we know. But now I think this guy just want to be the bad guy with the scary weapon, and although he can have no immediate intention, he is affecting Iran and Middle East seriously just when playing with nuclear weapons, or simply by having it.

There is no news about the inspection, is it?
